Over the past 30 years, Johan De Keyser has had the privilege of coaching and training a remarkable variety of people, teams, and organizations. His experience spans diverse groups, from individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction to those dealing with depression or burnout. Johan has worked in the social sector, education, and corporate environments—ranging from SMEs to large companies and from workers to CEOs.

His extensive career includes roles such as ward coordinator in a psychiatric hospital, Team Development Coach at Lineas (Europe's largest private rail freight operator), individual coach and therapist at the therapeutic center Tripsyco, and sociotherapist at the day center De Welving of AZ Sint Maarten / Emmaus.

In October 2018, Johan published his first book, "Build Your Dream Team". His second book, "Dynamic Balance", was published in May 2023, both with LannooCampus.
