What do cybercriminals know about you?
The digital footprint of your company on the darkweb
More detailed information
Cybercriminals can gather a significant amount of data about your company from its digital footprint, particularly on the dark web. A company's digital footprint includes both visible and invisible data traces. Marc will show how sensitive internal data such as login credentials, employee emails, and financial records can end up in dark web marketplaces after breaches.
One tangible example of how a company’s digital footprint can be exploited is through compromised employee login credentials. Cybercriminals often purchase or trade these credentials on the dark web, allowing them to access corporate networks. This can lead to further attacks like ransomware or intellectual property theft. Marc will show which information is already available based on information of the audience in the room.
Marc will also present solutions and how companies must monitor both their visible and invisible digital footprints. Solutions like dark web monitoring can alert organizations to when their data is being sold or leaked.
Marc will explain how proactively managing digital exposure is crucial in preventing cybercriminals from exploiting your company’s digital footprint today and tomorrow.
