Half day teambuilding: the power of team dynamics
Interesting keynote, followed by fun workshops improving team cohesion
More detailed information
This formula is perfect for teams searching for added value while having fun and connecting with each other.
The half day starts with a keynote in function of the needs of the target group. We suggest to start the teambuilding and open up the minds of all participants with a motivating lecture on the power of team dynamics.
This is being followed by a carrousel of workshops. Together with you we explore what fits best with the team. Plenty to choose from:
Cooking Workshops & Demonstrations
Haka based on the company values
Breathing and relaxation techniques, stress management
Mindful walk, introduction to meditation and mindfulness in an accessible way
Group vitality check format, condition screening
Connecting team dynamics exercises. Think of the chair game (#Communication #Dealing with tension #Collaboration #Movement), minefield (#Cooperation #OutoftheBox #Movement), Fake news (#Personal branding #Fun#Movement #Dare to speak up), the lego game (#Communication #Collaboration #Efficiency #Motion), impro exercise "News Anchor" (#Fun #Confidence #ConnectingCommunication)
And of course we wrap up the half day of teambuilding. It can range from simply celebrating together, to a recap of the learnings of the day or list the next steps for sustainable implementation.
In short: a memorable afternoon that will linger on when the team is back at the office.
