During this workshop we introduce participants to the principles of RIO (a Personality Based Sales Methodology), different client types and their personal style.

Basic principles of customer psychology and the different channels of trust
Experiential exercises
How each customer type experiences the different phases of a customer interaction differently
How an employee can provide customized guidance to the client during each stage
Detecting the personality of your customers (scanning)
Listening and asking the right questions
Analysis of tone of voice, word choice, facial expressions and needs of customers
